  • Contracted Products Include: The Vest Airway Clearance System, Monarch Airway Clearance System, and Volara System
  • Non-Contracted Products Include: Synclara Cough System & Life2000 Ventilation System
• Contract Period: January 15, 2021 through March 31, 2025
• The VA’s pricing includes the standard shipping and in-home training by a Certified Hillrom Clinician

Three Easy Ordering Steps

Step 1: Contact your Prosthetics Department and provide Advanced Respiratory’s VA contract number
Step 2: The Prosthetics department will send the purchase order and consult to Advanced Respiratory, Inc.
Step 3: Advanced Respiratory, Inc. will contact the patient to schedule the in-home training and product delivery

Contracted Products Purchase Order must include:

• Purchase price
• Credit Card number with expiration date
• Include FSS Contract # V797D-50350

Non-Contracted Products Purchase Order must include:

• Purchase or rental price (Synclara Cough System only)
• Rental price (Life2000 System, no purchase option available)
• Credit Card number with expiration date

Consult must include:

• Patient’s date of birth
• Last 4 digits of social security number
• Ordering physician’s name
• Patient’s diagnosis
